A path to calmer minds, healthier habits, and a more meaningful life.
Core philosophy
WELLTH is a simple yet powerful approach to living well. It brings together timeless wisdom from yoga and practical life experience to help individuals cultivate a balanced and meaningful life.
At its heart, WELLTH is built on four essential principles.
Four Guiding Principles
Build clarity by noticing your thoughts, emotions, and habits with greater attention.
Create harmony across body, mind, work, relationships, and inner life.
Let small daily practices build strength, resilience, and steadiness over time.
Make joy part of everyday life through a way of living that feels grounded and alive.
Living the practice
WELLTH is designed to feel usable, not abstract. It turns reflective insight into habits and perspectives people can bring into work, relationships, health, and daily routines.

Life and work
JV Avadhanulu shares the WELLTH philosophy — a practical approach to wellbeing built around four simple principles: Awareness, Balance, Discipline, and Joy.
His perspective comes from a life shaped by diverse experiences. He served as an officer in the Indian Navy and received the Visisht Seva Medal from the President of India for distinguished service. After his naval career, he worked in engineering and research leadership roles, spent time in Auroville exploring conscious living and yoga practice, and later taught yoga and wellbeing conversations.
JV has also served as Visiting Faculty at IIM Indore, where he shared ideas on leadership, balance, and thoughtful living.
Today he lives in Devlali, India with his wife Kameswari, embracing a simple and sustainable lifestyle. Through free webinars and conversations, he introduces people to the WELLTH philosophy and how it can be practiced in everyday life.
The goal of WELLTH is simple: helping people live calmer, healthier, and more meaningful lives.
